In recent weeks we’ve told you about our presence at the Geneva Motor Show. We’ve continued every day with a live blog and lots of interviews, photos and videos dedicated to all that’s new in the world of Fiat.
Now that the 2008 Show is over, we’d like this blog to represent, for everyone, the live testimony of this wonderful experience which we wanted to share with you.

We’d like to remind you that here you can find all the videos we made, while here we point out the most interesting posts, starting with those on the Sustainable transport category.
Our Motor Show opened with the press conference of our CEO Lorenzo Sistino. In addition to presenting the worldwide success of the Fiat 500, Car of the year 2008, he introduced all the new products on show at Geneva: from the Fiorino to the Bravo’s new Euro 5 Ready engine, from the 500 Aria and Panda Aria concept cars right up to the new Croma.

Michelangelo Liguori, Product Development Director - Fiat Marketing, presented the features of the 500 Aria and Panda Aria, two veritable green manifestos. While in this post, Rossella Guasco, Chief Designer Trends & Materials Scouting of the Fiat Style Centre, described the design choices behind the two concept cars presented in Geneva.
We talked about Eco Drive with our interview with Lorenzo Sistino, and in these three entertaining videos (1,2,3), and discussed how technology helps the environment with the Stop & Start device and the Dualogic gearbox.

The new Fiorino was presented in a world premiere and described in detail by Peter Jansen, Style Fiat Professional Manager, in this post.
Luca De Meo, Sergio Marchionne and Luca Cordero di Montezemolo unveiled the 500 Abarth and we were lucky enough to spend a quarter of an hour with Roberto Giolito, from Fiat’s Advanced Design Studio, who told us how the new 500 was conceived.

We were left speechless by the thrilling, evocative show put on for the official return of the Lancia Delta, and finally we met and interviewed blogger and motoring journalist Matt Davis, who told us about his exciting journey driving the Fiat 500 across the Alps to the Geneva Motor Show.

In queste settimane vi abbiamo raccontato la nostra presenza al Salone dell’Auto di Ginevra. Lo abbiamo fatto quotidianamente con un blog live e con tante interviste, foto e video dedicati a tutte le novità del mondo Fiat.
Ora che l’edizione 2008 si è conclusa vorremmo che questo blog rappresenti per tutti la viva testimonianza di questa bellissima esperienza, che abbiamo voluto condividere con voi.

Il nostro Salone si è aperto con la conferenza stampa del nostro CEO Lorenzo Sistino, il quale oltre a presentare il successo ottenuto nel mondo con la Fiat 500, Car of the year 2008 ha introdotto tutte le novità in vetrina a Ginevra: dal Fiorino ai nuovi propulsori Euro 5 Ready di Bravo, dalle concept car 500 Aria e Panda Aria, fino alla nuova Croma.

Mentre in questo post Rossella Guasco, Chief Designer Trends & Materials Scouting del Centro Stle Fiat, ha descritto le scelte progettuali dietro alle due Concept car presentate a Ginevra.
Abbiamo parlato di Eco Drive con l’intervista a Lorenzo Sistino e con questi tre divertenti video. (1,2,3), e di tecnologia al servizio dell’ambiente con i dispositivi Stop & Start e con il Cambio Dualogic.

Il nuovo Fiorino è stato presentato in anteprima mondiale e descritto nel dettaglio da Peter Jansen, Responsible Style Fiat Professional, in questo post.
Luca De Meo, Sergio Marchionne e Luca Cordero di Montezemolo hanno tolto il velo alla 500 Abarth e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di passare un quarto d’ora assieme a Roberto Giolito, che ha raccontato come è stata concepita la nuova 500, dall’Advanced Design Studio di Fiat.
Siamo rimasti a bocca aperta davanti al suggestivo ed emozionante show allestito per il ritorno ufficiale della Lancia Delta ed infine abbiamo conosciuto ed intervistato Matt Davis, blogger e giornalista automobilistico che ci ha raccontato le sue emozioni alla guida, dopo che ha attraversato le Alpi e raggiunto il salone di Ginevra, a bordo della Fiat 500.
